Alton reserved a parking space for me on arrival. The room was very clean, also it was spacious with a great shower. Breakfast had various choices and everything was freshly cooked. The location is close to the South Pier and Pleasure Beach. A tram stop to everywhere else is near.

Breakfast included a tasty full English option cooked freshly each morning. There are also toast, jams and Nutella available. Green tea was provided at breakfast by request, I found that helpful.

The location is perfect, I am 2 minutes from the tram. Sandcastle Waterpark is nearby. South Shore Leisure Centre is very close, also it is a short walk to the promenade.

Alton was cute from my arrival. He was accommodating. He offered advice on places to go, which I needed. Katherine, a staff member, was polite and chatty when I saw her. I really appreciated that.

The room included tea and coffee facilities. Fresh milk was in the fridge. A hairdryer was in the room, which I used. there was a wardrobe with hangers. That was useful.

i liked the room. it included a fridge with bottles of fresh water. milk was also in it. the chocolates on the beds felt personal. the large bathroom came with shampoo and shower gel. dining room is lovely. it features a wide choice of cereals.
i noticed a bit of a musty smell upon entering. it reminded me of dogs, to be honest. perhaps better ventilation or air fresheners would help. it is a small issue.

the room was super clean and very cozy, i loved it. breakfast was cooked to order, a real treat. fresh milk was ready in the fridge. alton, the host, was friendly and helpful, he made our weekend fantastic.
honestly, I can't think of ANY significant negative point, just a very SLIGHTLY small tv maybe.
